This recipe makes four servings (8 x 8 baking dish) and is easily doubled for a bigger crowd.


1/2 pound pasta -any shape
1- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
2/3 jar Alfred sauce

1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -your choice

Spray baking dish with cooking spray
Add dry pasta to dish (do not cook)

Completely cover pasta with the chicken broth. This step is necessary to cook the pasta.

Pour heavy cream over the pasta and broth. 
Add bacon and chicken.

Pour Alfredo sauce over the meats. At this point, you can stir the mixture, but it is not necessary. It all blends during the baking process.

Add the shredded cheese and bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.

This is easy and delicious. For extra flavor, I cook my chicken and bacon together and add a little of the bacon grease to the recipe. This is not a healthy choice, however, and is not necessary.
